Since 1980 David Giuffrida has been using information technology to make office processes more efficient, and has been sharing that knowledge with other professionals. A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, he has been a member of the Bar of Ontario for more than twenty years. He maintained a general law practice for several years before serving as legal counsel to an advocacy program funded by the Ministry of Health. He has worked as legal counsel to Ontario's Information and Privacy Commissioner, and as a drafter of laws in Ontario's Office of Legislative Counsel. |

In 2000 Mr. Giuffrida made the transition to Information Technology consultant. He also returned to university to pursue an MBA at the Rotman School of Management of the University of Toronto. He graduated in 2002 (Bregman Scholar/Dean's List.) His studies emphasized e-business strategy, corporate strategy and marketing. |

Mr. Giuffrida is a certified consultant for Amicus Attorney, leading case management software for lawyers. He is also certified in Casemap case analysis software. He is an authorized reseller of ACL2 automated civil litigation document generation software, and software from Emergent Technologies related to estates and corporations.. |
